By accessing or using the Loodfun service via Microsoft AppSource or any associated Microsoft service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If the user does not accept these terms, they must not use the service.

• Access to Loodfun may require authentication through Microsoft services.
• Availability of the service depends on technical constraints and may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• Loodfun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate and lawful information,
• use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
• refrain from generating unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content,
• not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.

The user is solely responsible for the content they input into the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Content

The service relies on artificial intelligence technologies to generate content automatically.

AI-generated content:

• is produced based on user inputs,
• may contain inaccuracies or unintended elements,
• is provided “as is” without guarantee of accuracy or suitability.

The user remains fully responsible for:

• reviewing,
• validating,
• and using the generated content.

Loodfun does not guarantee that AI-generated content is complete, correct, or fit for a specific purpose.

All intellectual property rights related to the Loodfun platform, software, algorithms, interfaces, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Loodfun.

7.2 User Content

• The user retains ownership of the content they provide.
• The user grants Loodfun a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process such content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7.3 Generated Content

Unless otherwise stated:

• the user is granted a right to use the generated content for personal or professional purposes,
• Loodfun does not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.

8. Commercial Terms

Depending on the selected offer:

• the service may be provided as a one-time purchase, subscription, or usage-based pricing,
• prices and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase via Microsoft Marketplace.

Payments, invoicing, and refunds are handled according to Microsoft Marketplace policies, where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Loodfun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loodfun is not responsible for loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage,
• Microsoft bears no liability related to the Loodfun service.

The user acknowledges that use of the service is at their own risk.

• misuse of AI features.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
